CGPA to percentage (estimate)
A quick estimate of your percentage from your CGPA. Universities use different conversions, so this is not an official figure.
This is an estimate. No single official formula applies to every university. For a job application, attestation or equivalence, ask your university for an official percentage letter.
Estimated percentage
Estimate only: CGPA ÷ scale × 100. It is not an official figure.
How the estimate works
The calculator divides your CGPA by the top of your scale and multiplies by 100. A CGPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale gives 80%.
If you need an official figure
- Ask your university’s examination or registrar office for a percentage or equivalence letter.
- For job applications, use the figure your university issues, not an online estimate.
- Read the notice for your job or admission, because it says how CGPA must be shown.
